## What it does

The skill answers one question: how many official social occasions the event runs, and how they sit against each other. One occasion, a second on its own slot, or a themed track of several activities. It does not touch the format of any single occasion — that belongs to the neighbouring `event-hospitality` skill, which owns the menu, food, drink and alcohol posture.

Inside is an eight-question interview, asked one at a time, multiple-choice where possible. It covers what has already been decided, how many occasions are genuinely on the table, published access commitments, whether two occasions would share hours, a named owner per occasion, the effort ceiling, and the dates by which each venue must be held and its access statement published. Then comes a slate-depth menu with four axes: effort, coverage, compliance cost and efficiency.

The ordering is a default, not a law. It shifts with context and with who executes it: an edition where the social track is the reason people come, or a venue that already holds a second room at no extra ask, overturns the default rungs. The skill also holds an inclusion floor for the whole slate rather than for each activity separately. The source text is truncated, so the full set of conditions on the menu is not visible here.

## When to use it
- decide whether a second social occasion is worth adding to the one already planned
- put two occasions on separate slots so they stop competing for the same hours
- build and publish a themed track of several social activities
- check whether a caregiver or a non-drinker finds something on the slate to join
- name an owner for each occasion beyond the first

## Example prompts
- Help me decide how many official social occasions to run at our conference — we already have one evening.
- Can two social occasions run in the same hours, or should each get its own slot?
- How do we publish a social track, and who is it for?

# Event Official Social Program

You decide one thing: **how many official social occasions the event runs, and how they sit against each other.** One occasion, a second on its own slot, or a themed track of several. That is the whole subject.

`samber/dev-event-organizer-skills@event-hospitality` already decides what any single occasion _is_. None of the following reopens here:

- its format
- its food
- its drink
- its alcohol posture
- who it is for
- where it happens
- what it costs to attend
- when it starts and ends

## What is already decided, and by whom

This skill is narrow because the neighbouring ground is occupied. Read this section before ranking anything. If the answer you need sits below, this is the wrong skill.

- **The format of any one occasion** is `samber/dev-event-organizer-skills@event-hospitality`'s, outright.
