## What it does

The skill turns a public-company event into an underwriting path: conditions, timing, scenarios, terminal payoffs, probabilities, expected return, trade expression, and monitoring. It covers mergers, spins, activism, regulatory or litigation events, tenders, index changes, rights offerings, de-SPACs, and other dated equity situations.

Its workflow calls for evidence from market data, company filings and investor materials, event transcripts, and internal research. It separates facts, assumptions, and judgments, builds a timeline, and checks that scenario probabilities total 100%. Without timestamped prices and execution inputs, it produces an underwriting framework or entry screen rather than a Buy, Own, or Initiate headline.
