## What it does

The skill checks the official zero-emission vehicle portal for municipal purchase subsidies for private buyers in South Korea. It reports remaining support and whether applications are open for electric passenger vehicles, cargo vehicles, and vans. It can also show notice states such as closed, exhausted, or awaiting extra funding, and calculate an amount for a specific model.

The package includes the `@nomadamas/k-skill` CLI, which supplies the current skill instructions, lists bundled helper files, and supports updates. Install targets include Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Gemini CLI, and OpenCode. Setup uses `npx`; when it is unavailable, Node.js 18+ is required.
