## What it does

The skill looks at your current Etsy shop setup and points out what to fix. You get a state assessment, action items sorted by priority (quick wins first, long-term after), tool and strategy recommendations, an implementation timeline and KPIs to track.

Inside are frameworks and advice for seasonal selling: when to prepare for holidays, which categories are trending, when to refresh listings and how to plan inventory. It works as a reference, not as an Etsy API integration. There is no direct access to your shop data, so validate the recommendations against your own numbers — general best practices do not always match a specific shop.

Status is beta. Installation runs through `npx skills add` with a flag per agent.
