## What it does

Feed it a portrait and you get a cartoon emoji back. Feed it one reference and it produces a whole expression set — happy, sad, laughing, surprised, angry, thinking. Animated stickers come out as short looping clips. There is also a platform mode: Slack and Discord take 128x128 PNG or GIF, WhatsApp and Telegram take 512x512 WebP.

Under the hood the skill calls the each::sense API with `curl` against `https://eachsense-agent.core.eachlabs.run/v1/chat/completions`, using the `eachsense/beta` model in streaming mode with `mode` set to `max`. To keep one character consistent across a pack, requests share a `session_id`: the base emoji is created first, then variations are generated from it.

You need `EACHLABS_API_KEY` exported in your environment, otherwise the request fails on auth. Source images go into `image_urls`, so they have to be reachable by URL.
