## What it does

The skill lays out automations for a mailing programme: an onboarding welcome series, carts left behind, browsing without a purchase, post-purchase, a small re-engagement branch inside a flow, B2B outbound across several steps. Each flow comes back with its trigger, the delay between steps, branching and exit rules, and a goal.

On top sits one cadence policy for the whole programme: how many sends, quiet hours, a guardrail against list fatigue. There is also a sunset path for people who stop reacting. The programme gets a SEND score for the N dimension.

Pick the SEND profile first — `promotional`, `retention`, `cold-outbound` or `newsletter` — since the frequency rules follow from it. Results land in `memory/email/email-sequence-designer/YYYY-MM-DD-<flow-or-goal>.md`. Copywriting and the final EQS are handled elsewhere. A closed-loop win-back with fresh opt-ins for a lapsed cohort belongs to `reactivation-specialist`.
