## What it does

The knowledge base covers email strategy and automation, deliverability, segmentation, copywriting, and regulations including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, CCPA, and the Australian Spam Act. It can help design welcome or win-back flows, review sender setup, and compare Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Kit, beehiiv, and Sendlane. Industry playbooks cover different use cases; the design material includes email examples with technical notes.

Ask for an audit of an existing setup, a sequence with timing and copy, or a deliverability diagnosis. The diagnostic checks authentication, sender reputation, list hygiene, sending patterns, and other factors. The skill requires no API calls or extra setup after installation. It provides guidance for email marketing; it does not send campaigns.
