## What it does

This skill builds and maintains institutional hierarchies in Salesforce Education Cloud. It accepts input from a PDF, a URL, a CSV file with `Name,LevelType,Level,ParentName` headers, or pasted text. An initial run generates Account records for systems, campuses, colleges, and departments linked through `ParentId`, alongside matching Business Profile records. Subsequent runs calculate the delta. It adds missing units or moves branches without recreating existing nodes.

Execution relies on the `headless-360` MCP server or an authenticated `sf` CLI at version 2.0.0 or higher. Prerequisites include an active Education Cloud license and API version 65.0 or newer. Hierarchy paths are never stored as static fields. The agent derives them dynamically by walking the parent chain up to the root.

If a campus website blocks scraping, the workflow halts and requests an offline file instead of scraping unverified external pages. Redundant records are never deleted automatically. The tool flags extra nodes in the summary rather than purging institutional data.
