## What it does

The skill looks at what you pay to ship orders and works out cheaper options. It compares rates across carriers, calculates a free-shipping threshold against average order value and margin, breaks down dimensional weight pricing and international rates. Zone strategy and cost-cutting routes like negotiated rates and regional carriers are covered too.

Here is the flow: the skill pulls the product, platform, current setup and goal out of your message. Then it asks one follow-up with every remaining question in multiple-choice form, so you can answer in shorthand like "1b 2c 3a". After that it analyzes and returns a structured answer with prioritized action items. Estimates built on incomplete data get flagged with a warning marker.

Supported storefronts include Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Etsy, eBay and BigCommerce. Name your monthly order count, average package weight and current carrier in the first message — without those numbers a rate comparison has nothing to stand on.

## When to use it
- compare USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL rates for your packages
- work out a free-shipping threshold that does not wreck margin
- see how dimensional weight inflates your shipping bill
- find a regional carrier cheaper than your current one
- estimate the cost of an international shipment

## Example prompts
- I ship about 200 orders/month from my Shopify store, average package is 1.5 lbs, currently on USPS Priority. Is there a cheaper option?
- Calculate the free shipping threshold for my WooCommerce store and show the margin impact
- Compare UPS and FedEx rates for 3 lb packages across my zones and tell me where I am overpaying
