## What it does

The skill runs in four steps. It pulls the product, platform, current setup and goals out of your message, then asks one follow-up question in multiple-choice form — shorthand answers like "1b 2c 3a" are fine. After that it works through the frameworks below and returns a structured plan with prioritized actions instead of vague advice.

What it covers: segmentation by RFM, behavior and demographics; recommendation strategy (collaborative, content-based, hybrid); dynamic content for the homepage, product page and checkout; email and SMS by segment; an A/B testing framework; privacy-compliant data collection; and app picks for Shopify and WooCommerce. Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Etsy, eBay and BigCommerce are listed as supported, so the tooling advice holds up on those and less so elsewhere.

Estimates built on incomplete data get flagged with a warning marker in the output. Install is one `npx skills` command, though GitHub Copilot uses a different path.

## Install

## When to use it
- split a customer list into segments by recency and purchase frequency
- pick a recommendation engine type that fits your catalog
- show different homepage blocks to first-time and returning buyers
- tie email and SMS campaigns to browsing and order history
- plan an A/B test for personalization without breaking data collection rules

## Example prompts
- I run a Shopify store with 5,000 customers. How do I set up personalization so different segments see different products?
- Help me choose a recommendation strategy for a WooCommerce catalog — collaborative or hybrid
- Draft an email personalization plan by RFM segment for a BigCommerce store
