## What it does

This one sits above marketing execution. It pulls the category, sales platform, monthly revenue and goal out of your first message, then asks a single round of follow-ups: business stage, main bottleneck, current channels, growth direction, budget and key numbers such as AOV, margin and repeat purchase rate. You can answer in one line with option letters.

Diagnosis comes next: CAC, LTV, the LTV:CAC ratio, contribution margin, payback period. All of it feeds the revenue equation — traffic, conversion rate, AOV, purchase frequency — and the skill points at the variable furthest behind its benchmark. Opportunities are mapped across five levers: traffic, conversion, AOV, retention, expansion. An e-commerce version of the Ansoff Matrix splits four paths: penetrate what you have, expand channels, expand products, enter new markets. Each opportunity gets scored on impact against effort, and the output is a 90-day roadmap with milestones and KPIs.

No API key is required. There are no scripts inside, just the instruction and the calculation logic. Where numbers are missing the skill estimates them and flags that, so treat the final figures as a starting point and check them against your own reporting. It also links out to execution skills such as `ecommerce-marketing-strategy-builder` when you need the how rather than the what.

Where a file is given instead of a command, copy the files from the source to that path: https://github.com/nexscope-ai/eCommerce-Skills/tree/HEAD/ecommerce-growth-strategy/SKILL.md

## When to use it
- work out why revenue growth has flattened
- calculate LTV and CAC and see whether the unit economics hold
- choose between launching on Walmart and launching new products
- locate the weak spot in the funnel: traffic, conversion or order value
- turn scattered ideas into a prioritized 90-day growth plan

## Example prompts
- I sell pet clothes on Shopify, about $8K/month, 65% margin. I want $20K/month in 6 months — what should I focus on?
- We're an Amazon seller doing $50K/month in kitchen gadgets. Should we expand to Walmart or TikTok Shop, or launch new products first?
- My Etsy jewelry shop makes $3K/month but growth has stalled. I have 2,000 email subscribers and 5K Instagram followers. What's my best path to $10K/month?
