## What it does

The skill walks the agent through four steps. First it pulls the product, platform, current situation and goals out of your message. Then it asks one follow-up covering everything left, in multiple-choice form, so you can answer in shorthand like "1b 2c 3a". After that it runs the analysis against the frameworks baked into the skill and hands back a structured document with specific recommendations instead of vague advice.

What lands in the plan: market sizing through TAM/SAM/SOM, a competitive landscape review, a choice between DTC, marketplace or hybrid model, and financial projections covering revenue, costs, break-even and cash flow. Marketing strategy comes with CAC and LTV targets, the operations section covers fulfillment, supply chain and technology, and the roadmap is split into 3-month, 6-month and 12-month milestones.

Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Etsy, eBay and BigCommerce are all listed as supported, and the skill adjusts its logic per platform. Estimates built on incomplete data get flagged with ⚠️, so you can see which numbers are rough. Leave the platform or budget out of your answers and the projections drift, because the skill only works from what you feed it.
