## What it does

This skill searches Twitter through the `apidojo~tweet-scraper` actor. It returns a startup handle, product summary, launch or waitlist signals, stage, and niche. Results are grouped as `WAITLIST`, `BETA`, `STEALTH`, or `SOFT_LAUNCH`.

Its workflow covers parameter setup, actor execution, result filtering, quality scoring, and delivery. You can provide `searchTerms`, sorting, tweet language, author, location, date bounds, and a result cap. `scripts/run_actor.js` can print a table or save the output as CSV or JSON.

The `APIFY_TOKEN` environment variable or `.env` entry is required; the actor will not run without it. An Apify MCP server is an optional execution path.

## Install

### Claude Code (native platform)

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add apidojo-io/apidojo-skills --skill discovering-pre-launch-startups-on-twitter -a claude-code
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `~/.claude/skills/discovering-pre-launch-startups-on-twitter/SKILL.md` — Copy the whole skill folder; for one project use .claude/skills/discovering-pre-launch-startups-on-twitter/

### Codex

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add apidojo-io/apidojo-skills --skill discovering-pre-launch-startups-on-twitter -a codex
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.agents/skills/discovering-pre-launch-startups-on-twitter/SKILL.md` — For all projects use ~/.agents/skills/

### Cursor

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add apidojo-io/apidojo-skills --skill discovering-pre-launch-startups-on-twitter -a cursor
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.cursor/skills/discovering-pre-launch-startups-on-twitter/SKILL.md` — Cursor also reads .agents/skills/ and .claude/skills/

### GitHub Copilot

1. **GitHub CLI**
```bash
gh skill install apidojo-io/apidojo-skills discovering-pre-launch-startups-on-twitter
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.github/skills/discovering-pre-launch-startups-on-twitter/SKILL.md`

### Gemini CLI

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add apidojo-io/apidojo-skills --skill discovering-pre-launch-startups-on-twitter -a gemini-cli
```

2. **Platform CLI**
```bash
gemini skills install https://github.com/apidojo-io/apidojo-skills --path skills/intent/discovering-pre-launch-startups-on-twitter
```

### Windsurf (Devin Desktop)

**Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.devin/skills/discovering-pre-launch-startups-on-twitter/SKILL.md` — The legacy .windsurf/skills/ path still works

### OpenCode

**Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add apidojo-io/apidojo-skills --skill discovering-pre-launch-startups-on-twitter -a opencode
```
