## What it does

The skill covers four platforms by ad type, pricing model and who each one suits. Taaft runs banners, sponsored listings and campaigns bundled with a newsletter; Shopify App Store offers search, homepage and category ads on cost-per-click with a daily budget; G2 has quarterly Paid Promotions plus G2 Clicks; Capterra sells sponsored listings on PPC.

The order matters: listing first, ads second. The skill points you to `directory-submission` for listing prep and submission, suggests measuring organic traffic before paying, and says to layer paid on when organic underperforms or you need a launch push. It also sets UTM tags for attribution and conversion tracking through GA4 and platform analytics.

Shopify App Store has one hard limit worth knowing before you spend: app, placement and plan-based targeting cannot be changed after campaign creation. To change them you stop the campaign and build a new one. Check your settings up front rather than after launch.
