## What it does

This skill guides your coding assistant to organize tasks across three core modes: building, maintenance, and recovery. Instead of getting lost consuming tutorials, the framework directs you toward shipping an actual project. Daily momentum relies on keeping the task challenge matched to your existing abilities, preventing both anxiety and boredom.

The workflow follows a 90-day trajectory. You begin by drafting an anti-vision to articulate what future you must avoid, then build a goal hierarchy connecting 10-year aspirations down to 1-week milestones. Daily sessions follow a disciplined routine: 2 minutes to isolate a single lever-moving task, 50 minutes of deep execution, and 8 minutes to record progress and plan the next move.

Without isolating what drains your attention, discipline alone fails. The skill requires no third-party API keys or local runtimes, functioning entirely through structured guidance configured in `SKILL.md`.
