## What it does

The skill creates a file-based database at a chosen path or a server database from a server name and base reference. It runs a PowerShell script with parameters such as `-InfoBasePath`, `-InfoBaseServer`, and `-InfoBaseRef`; `-UseTemplate` loads a base from a `.cf` or `.dt` file.

It reads `.v8-project.json` to find the platform path through `v8path`. After creation, the agent can offer registration through `/db-list add`, while `-AddToList` adds the base to the 1C base list. A server database needs both `-InfoBaseServer` and `-InfoBaseRef`, so the server variant cannot run with only one of them.

# /db-create — Создание информационной базы

Создаёт новую информационную базу 1С (файловую или серверную) и предлагает зарегистрировать в `.v8-project.json`.

## Usage

```
/db-create <path>                   — файловая база по указанному пути
/db-create <server>/<name>          — серверная база
/db-create                          — интерактивно
```

## Параметры подключения

Прочитай `.v8-project.json` из корня проекта. Платформа — `v8path` записи создаваемой базы,
если она уже в реестре, иначе корневой `v8path`. Не задан ни там, ни там — `-V8Path` не передавай.
После создания базы предложи зарегистрировать через `/db-list add`.
