## What it does

This skill establishes architecture rules for Python services running on Databricks Apps. FastAPI served by uvicorn is the default choice here. The instructions also cover setups for Flask or Streamlit. It outlines start commands for `app.yaml`, service principal authentication, and user token forwarding.

The execution environment provides Ubuntu 22.04 with Python 3.11, 2 vCPU, and 6 GB RAM. Deployments strictly require Databricks CLI version 1.0.0 or higher. Without it, deployment will fail. The rules forbid hardcoded tokens: all resource links must rely on SDK `Config()` and `valueFrom` directives.
