## What it does

The skill ships templates and structures for customer management. Inside are a five-phase onboarding program with checklists, a health score model weighted across product, relationship, financial and sentiment signals, a 60-minute QBR template, and alert automation for score drops.

The score formula weights engagement at 0.4, relationship at 0.25, financial at 0.2 and sentiment at 0.15. A score under 40 triggers an immediate CSM alert and a call within 24 hours. Worth checking whether your current metrics match those weights — if they don't, you'll be rewriting the template.

Templates and descriptions are written in English and Chinese, so other languages need manual adaptation. Related skills in the same set: `crm-automation`, `subscription-management`, `saas-metrics`.
