## What it does

The skill uses an email thread or calendar event to find the matching contact and deal, then logs an email summary or call activity. When no contact exists, it can propose creating one and announces that before writing. It never creates a deal automatically.

For a deal review, it checks fields against recent messages and calendar events, displays current and proposed values side by side, and waits for approval. It does not delete records or change a deal stage or close status without explicit consent. Before writing to the CRM, consult `reference/hubspot-fields.md` for field mappings and linking rules for Bitrix24 and amoCRM.

# Ведение CRM (CRM Maintenance)

CRM врёт ровно настолько, насколько лень её вести: звонок был, а в карточке пусто, сделка «в работе» уже третий месяц. Скилл заносит активности и обновляет контакты из переписки и календаря сам, помечает зависшее и ничего не меняет без вашего одобрения, чтобы в CRM можно было верить, не открывая её.

## Быстрый старт

Подтяни контекст из указанного письма или события календаря, найди правильный контакт и сделку в `~~crm`, занеси активность и покажи, что изменилось. Для очистки сделки сверь её с недавней перепиской/календарём и предложи правки — никогда не применяй их без одобрения.
