## What it does

The skill hands your agent working templates for sales automation. A lead arrives from a form, gets enriched by email, scored, routed to a rep, and dropped into a follow-up sequence — each step is spelled out so the agent can fill in your fields and thresholds.

There are three patterns inside. The first covers lead intake through `webhook` or form submission and ends with a contact created in HubSpot. The second reacts to a deal stage change: it creates tasks, posts to Slack, moves the close date. The third syncs contacts and deals across HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive, resolving conflicts by the most recent edit and deduplicating through OpenAI. All of it is modelled on n8n workflow templates, so porting it to your own stack is manual work.

Running it requires the `crm-mcp` server with tools like `hubspot_create_contact`, `salesforce_query`, `pipedrive_sync` and `enrichment_api`. Without that server the skill is just a written process description. Scoring uses rule-based thresholds for MQL and SQL — those numbers belong to the template, so expect to rewrite them for your own funnel.

## Requirements
- Works with: Salesforce, HubSpot

## Install

### Claude Code (native platform)

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add claude-office-skills/skills --skill crm-automation -a claude-code
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `~/.claude/skills/crm-automation/SKILL.md` — Copy the whole skill folder; for one project use .claude/skills/crm-automation/

### Codex

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add claude-office-skills/skills --skill crm-automation -a codex
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.agents/skills/crm-automation/SKILL.md` — For all projects use ~/.agents/skills/

### Cursor

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add claude-office-skills/skills --skill crm-automation -a cursor
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.cursor/skills/crm-automation/SKILL.md` — Cursor also reads .agents/skills/ and .claude/skills/

### GitHub Copilot

1. **GitHub CLI**
```bash
gh skill install claude-office-skills/skills crm-automation
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.github/skills/crm-automation/SKILL.md`

### Gemini CLI

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add claude-office-skills/skills --skill crm-automation -a gemini-cli
```

2. **Platform CLI**
```bash
gemini skills install https://github.com/claude-office-skills/skills --path crm-automation
```

### Windsurf (Devin Desktop)

**Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.devin/skills/crm-automation/SKILL.md` — The legacy .windsurf/skills/ path still works

### OpenCode

**Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add claude-office-skills/skills --skill crm-automation -a opencode
```

### Claude.ai

**Claude.ai**
- Zip the folder and upload it in Settings → Capabilities → Skills

Where a file is given instead of a command, copy the files from the source to that path: https://github.com/claude-office-skills/skills/tree/HEAD/crm-automation/SKILL.md

## When to use it
- turn a website form submission into a scored HubSpot contact with an assigned rep
- create tasks and Slack alerts when a deal moves to the next stage
- merge contacts from three CRMs and strip duplicates
- score a lead by job title, company size and content engagement
- collect calls, emails and meetings into one reporting sheet

## Example prompts
- Walk me through the workflow: a form lead goes to HubSpot, gets enriched, and lands with Enterprise Team if the score is above 80
- The HubSpot deal moved to contract_sent — which tasks and notifications should fire?
- Set up contact sync from HubSpot to Salesforce and Pipedrive with deduplication
