## What it does

The skill provides craft guidance for narrative fiction. Instead of acting as a continuous drafting engine, it acts as a technical reference layer. The `resources/prose-writing.md` guide covers psychic distance, free indirect discourse, rhythm, sensory grounding, and point of view.

Structural guidance comes from `resources/scene-construction.md`, which covers scene entry, dialogue pacing, and transitions. It also includes `resources/style-analysis.md` for analyzing prose samples and `resources/genre/` for genre-specific promises.

It lacks the failure diagnostics and reader-reward models found in `/writing-principles`, functioning as a craft reference rather than a revision auditor.
