## What it does

The skill automates pull request creation using the GitHub CLI. It executes `git status` before initiating any request. If uncommitted changes exist, the workflow expects you to run the `commit` skill first so no files are omitted.

New pull requests are created as drafts against the `main` branch via `gh pr create --draft`. Titles must follow Conventional Commits formatting with real emoji characters at the start. The description pulls directly from `.github/pull_request_template.md`. Modifying headers or removing PR-Agent blocks is forbidden, and all text must be written in English.

The command will fail immediately if `gh` is missing or not authenticated with `gh auth login`.
