## What it does

This skill equips your coding agent with setup steps and code patterns for Apple CoreNFC framework. It guides the creation of `NFCNDEFReaderSession` instances to extract text or URI payloads from tags, as well as handling session delegate callbacks. When lower-level communication is required, it provides patterns for `NFCTagReaderSession` targeting ISO 7816, ISO 15693, FeliCa, and MIFARE technologies.

Xcode configuration rules are bundled directly into the instructions. The skill insists on setting `NFCReaderUsageDescription` in `Info.plist`, selecting the modern `TAG` value in reader session format entitlements, and configuring specific application identifiers for ISO 7816. Real devices require an iPhone 7 or newer. Keep in mind that native tag sessions in this setup cannot be used for payment-related AIDs.

## When to use it
- read NDEF payloads using NFCNDEFReaderSession
- write URI and text records to writable NFC tags
- configure NFC entitlements and Info.plist entries in Xcode
- establish low-level tag sessions for ISO 15693, FeliCa, or MIFARE
