## What it does

This skill gathers deal details and drafts an agreement using an 11-section framework. It covers scope, compensation, usage rights, exclusivity, approvals, FTC disclosure, confidentiality, termination and signatures. For incoming paperwork, it produces a clause-by-clause review, flags risks and suggests counters.

It can work from a campaign brief, agreed deliverables, compensation, platform details and pasted contract terms. It can also build a reusable partnership template. Any numerical counter needs user-provided terms or a source-dated anchor compatible with the jurisdiction and market.

This is general guidance and template material, so legal counsel should review a contract before execution. The skill is for paperwork after a deal exists, not outreach negotiation.
