Individual skills are no longer developed there. The standalone `content-refresher` skill was merged into `content-writer` within the `aaron-marketing-skills` bundle. This transition makes the old standalone version obsolete for active feature work. A frozen standalone copy remains preserved under tag `v9.9.12` at `optimize/content-refresher/SKILL.md`. Projects relying on the previous setup can still load that specific file.
