## What it does

The skill runs in two modes. In `paid` mode it takes organic creator content and helps decide which posts to boost, how to set up whitelisting, Spark Ads and dark posts, how to build targeting off creator lookalikes, and how to split a budget with a scale/pause playbook. In `repurpose` mode a single approved asset is mapped to 10+ formats across paid, website, email and social, with rights tracked per fragment in a library.

Both modes start from the version already cleared by `creator-content-auditor` and from active scoped rights. Spark and boost paths also need the platform state and a live post, while a dark post does not have to have been published organically. The skill does not score brand alignment or FTC compliance — that is the auditor's job — and it does not own the standing brand posting calendar.

Pick a mode with `--mode paid` or `--mode repurpose`. If a request spans both, run `repurpose` first to produce the assets, then hand off to `paid`. Do not merge them in one run.

## When to use it
- decide which creator posts to boost
- set up whitelisting and TikTok Spark Ads
- allocate ad budget across creators and platforms
- turn one video into several ad variations
- build a UGC asset library with rights tracking

## Example prompts
- \--mode paid: build a $5,000 TikTok/Instagram plan from these approved assets with active scoped rights
- \--mode repurpose: build a 30-day plan from these 3 approved videos and the supplied rights records
- which posts from this campaign should we boost, and how should the budget be split

when_to_use: "Use when a brand has a frozen, auditor-approved creator asset with active scoped rights and wants to extract more value from it. Paid mode: extend reach with paid spend — choosing which posts to boost, setting up whitelisted Partnership Ads or TikTok Spark Ads, planning dark posts, allocating an ad budget across creators and platforms, building audience targeting off creator lookalikes, running an optimization and scale/pause playbook. Repurpose mode: reuse one asset across paid, website, email, and organic social — generating ad variations from organic clips, building a searchable rights-tracked library, populating product pages with social proof, or planning a multi-channel rollout from a small source set."
