## What it does

This skill builds a grounded factual profile for any public equities issuer. It tracks corporate filings, earnings call transcripts, and provider market data without fabricating missing numbers. Every metric receives an evidence tag like `Reported` or `Derived` along with a confidence assessment.

Output appears in conversational chat or renders as a standalone HTML profile upon request. It serves as an objective baseline rather than a valuation memo or buy recommendation. If input spreadsheets have messy formatting, the process relies on `financials-normalizer` or `excel-data-cleaner`. Private company targets, vendor screenings, and investment fund reviews will break the workflow rules because it strictly handles public equities.
