## What it does

The skill coordinates project deployment and distribution across several platforms. It provisions a public link for a running HTTP service, pushes project source code to a community GitHub repository, and manages listings in the project gallery or service marketplace. Public previews require a persistent HTTP port, so preview generation works only for the `service` type, rejecting one-shot scripts and scheduled tasks.

Making a project reachable does not automatically list it in the directory. Calling `publish_preview` merely assigns an address, while `open_source` only pushes commits. Free listings require an explicit `list_in_dashboard` action. For paid services backed by x402 in USDC or USDG, the workflow mandates passing a 6-check verification through `submit_for_review` before you can publish the service live.

Visibility depends on three independent states: link reachability, dashboard gallery placement, and paid marketplace publication. The skill verifies current reachability strictly through fresh calls to `get_listing_status` or `get_review_status`, instead of guessing from past operations.
