## What it does

The skill drafts cold B2B outreach sequences with step intervals, conversion goals, and explicit exit conditions. It maps incoming replies across positive, objection, referral, not-now, and opt-out categories to appropriate next steps. In addition, it sets a weekly mailbox warmup ramp and daily send limits to safeguard domain reputation.

It generates CAN-SPAM guardrails and flags opt-in requirements across target jurisdictions. These guardrails provide operational direction and require review by legal counsel. Output files and run artifacts are saved to `memory/email/cold-outbound-sequencer/`.

This skill will not calculate your final EQS score. It focuses on outbound structure and reads the SEND deliverability lever with S set to 0.35, leaving consent records to dedicated registry tools.
