## What it does

Use the skill to examine changes before committing or to review a large refactor. It can also generate a CHANGELOG. The project root should contain `CHANGELOG.md`, and conventional commit messages are recommended.

Start it with `/codex-review` or describe the review in a natural-language request. The skill integrates with Codex AI, so Codex CLI is a prerequisite. Install it in Claude Code with `npx claude-code-templates@latest --skill development/codex-review`.
