## What it does

The skill drives a browser to a journal page on CNKI, picks the year and issue you name, then reads the issue table in one script pass. You get back a numbered list of papers with authors and page ranges.

Arguments come as one string: journal name, year, issue, plus the word `download` when you also want the cover and TOC scan. Leave the year and issue out and it falls back to the latest online-first release. The scan opens in a new tab on the CNKI reader, and the download link is tied to that session — caching it or reusing it later gets you nowhere.

Downloading requires a CNKI login; the reader button does nothing for anonymous visitors. The skill also leans on `mcp__chrome-devtools__*` for tab switching and clicks, so the reader steps need that MCP server connected. The original-TOC button shows up only after you select a specific issue, not in the online-first view.
