## What it does

This skill instructs the agent on interacting with Tencent CloudBase services. It covers user authentication, NoSQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL databases, serverless cloud functions with `scf_bootstrap`, and container deployments using CloudRun. It also includes integration guides for built-in models like Hunyuan, DeepSeek, or GLM using `generateText` and `streamText`.

The workflow enforces a strict order. Exploration comes first through local documentation in `references/`. Next, the agent prepares resources using MCP endpoints or the `tcb` CLI. Frontend development begins only after cloud resources exist. Every workflow run ends with a mandatory `cloudbase-code-review`.

Settle your deployment site before starting. Domestic and international platforms operate on separate accounts, and the international site lacks NoSQL document database tooling. This skill will fail on projects that do not rely on CloudBase infrastructure.

## When to use it
