## What it does

The workflow moves from cloud architecture and provisioning to containers, delivery pipelines, observability, security, cost control, and disaster recovery. It points to companion skills such as `cloud-architect` and `terraform-skill` for infrastructure work, and `kubernetes-architect` or `helm-chart-scaffolding` for Kubernetes tasks.

The CI/CD phase covers build and test automation, deployment stages, rollback plans, and notifications. Monitoring work includes metrics, logs, tracing, dashboards, and alerts. Separate provider workflows name services for AWS, Azure, and GCP. This is a staged plan, not a deploy command: the listed skills handle the individual tasks.
