## What it does

This skill guides AI assistants on using the `omniroute` CLI to inspect and configure context pipelines, RTK filters, and session lifecycles. It enables token budget adjustments, context switching via `omniroute contexts use`, and monitoring of active relay settings.

The skill provides subcommands for three operational areas. The `context-eng` group handles RTK filtering, testing patterns against files, and setting shrinkage aggression parameters.
