## What it does

The skill exposes the `cli_anything.unimol_tools` package to orchestrate Uni-Mol prediction pipelines. Agents run training and inference directly from the command line. Supported tasks cover binary classification, continuous regression, multiclass, and multilabel setups.

Project state persists across CLI runs. You can inspect saved models with `models list` or rank them using `models rank`. To save disk space, `cleanup auto` strips out low-performing checkpoints, while the `--json` flag formats terminal output for automation.

Running this workflow requires Python 3.8+, PyTorch 1.12+, and the Uni-Mol Tools backend. Training demands at least 8GB RAM, with 4GB RAM being the absolute minimum for basic operations. Every input CSV file must contain a `SMILES` column, or the execution halts.

## Install

### Claude Code (native platform)

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add HKUDS/CLI-Anything --skill cli-anything-unimol-tools -a claude-code
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `~/.claude/skills/cli-anything-unimol-tools/SKILL.md` — Copy the whole skill folder; for one project use .claude/skills/cli-anything-unimol-tools/

### Codex

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add HKUDS/CLI-Anything --skill cli-anything-unimol-tools -a codex
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.agents/skills/cli-anything-unimol-tools/SKILL.md` — For all projects use ~/.agents/skills/

### Cursor

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add HKUDS/CLI-Anything --skill cli-anything-unimol-tools -a cursor
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.cursor/skills/cli-anything-unimol-tools/SKILL.md` — Cursor also reads .agents/skills/ and .claude/skills/

### GitHub Copilot

1. **GitHub CLI**
```bash
gh skill install HKUDS/CLI-Anything cli-anything-unimol-tools
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.github/skills/cli-anything-unimol-tools/SKILL.md`

### Gemini CLI

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add HKUDS/CLI-Anything --skill cli-anything-unimol-tools -a gemini-cli
```

2. **Platform CLI**
```bash
gemini skills install https://github.com/HKUDS/CLI-Anything --path skills/cli-anything-unimol-tools
```

### Windsurf (Devin Desktop)

**Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.devin/skills/cli-anything-unimol-tools/SKILL.md` — The legacy .windsurf/skills/ path still works

### OpenCode

**Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add HKUDS/CLI-Anything --skill cli-anything-unimol-tools -a opencode
```

### Claude.ai

## When to use it
- Train molecular property prediction models from SMILES datasets
- Rank saved checkpoints by performance using `models rank`
- Free disk space with `cleanup auto` to remove low-scoring runs
- Run batch predictions on CSV files containing molecular structures

## Example prompts
- Train a classification model on train.csv with target column active for 10 epochs
- List and rank all trained models by performance
- Predict molecular properties for test.csv using the latest model
