## What it does

This skill exposes the CloudAnalyzer CLI to an agent for comparing point clouds with references, evaluating trajectories, and checking ground segmentation. It can return Chamfer, F1, AUC, Hausdorff, ATE, RPE, and related results; `--json` formats output for agent processing.

Its commands cover evaluation, processing, inspection, metadata, baselines, and sessions. The CLI can downsample, filter, merge, tile, and convert point clouds, generate `cloudanalyzer.yaml`, run a QA gate, then save a summary into baseline history.

It requires Python 3.10+ and CloudAnalyzer, installed with `pip install cloudanalyzer`. Check that environment first, because the harness depends on CloudAnalyzer.

## Install

### Claude Code (native platform)

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add HKUDS/CLI-Anything --skill cli-anything-cloudanalyzer -a claude-code
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `~/.claude/skills/cli-anything-cloudanalyzer/SKILL.md` — Copy the whole skill folder; for one project use .claude/skills/cli-anything-cloudanalyzer/

### Codex

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add HKUDS/CLI-Anything --skill cli-anything-cloudanalyzer -a codex
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.agents/skills/cli-anything-cloudanalyzer/SKILL.md` — For all projects use ~/.agents/skills/

### Cursor

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add HKUDS/CLI-Anything --skill cli-anything-cloudanalyzer -a cursor
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.cursor/skills/cli-anything-cloudanalyzer/SKILL.md` — Cursor also reads .agents/skills/ and .claude/skills/

### GitHub Copilot

1. **GitHub CLI**
```bash
gh skill install HKUDS/CLI-Anything cli-anything-cloudanalyzer
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.github/skills/cli-anything-cloudanalyzer/SKILL.md`

### Gemini CLI

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add HKUDS/CLI-Anything --skill cli-anything-cloudanalyzer -a gemini-cli
```

2. **Platform CLI**
```bash
gemini skills install https://github.com/HKUDS/CLI-Anything --path skills/cli-anything-cloudanalyzer
```

### Windsurf (Devin Desktop)

**Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.devin/skills/cli-anything-cloudanalyzer/SKILL.md` — The legacy .windsurf/skills/ path still works

### OpenCode

**Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add HKUDS/CLI-Anything --skill cli-anything-cloudanalyzer -a opencode
```

## When to use it
- compare a point cloud against a reference
- enforce trajectory quality thresholds
- measure ground segmentation with F1 and IoU
- generate a QA configuration file
- downsample or convert point-cloud files

## Example prompts
- “Run `cli-anything-cloudanalyzer --json evaluate run output.pcd reference.pcd` and report the point-cloud evaluation.”
- “Create `cloudanalyzer.yaml` with the integrated profile using `cli-anything-cloudanalyzer check init cloudanalyzer.yaml --profile integrated`.”
- “Evaluate `est.csv` against `gt.csv` and apply limits for ATE and lateral error.”
