## What it does

The skill covers the whole report path: credentials and auth, report schema versions and fields, decoding, the official Go, Rust and TypeScript SDKs, streaming with reconnects and dedup, onchain verification, and timestamp lookback. It ships as a set of reference files, and the agent reads only the one matching your request instead of loading everything. Requests built on `AggregatorV3Interface` or `latestRoundData` belong to chainlink-data-feeds-skill, not here.

Read-only work is fine: explanations, discovery, local edits, compiler and test commands. Anything that writes to a chain, signs, approves, deploys or funds is off the table. For testnet it hands you a command template or unsigned transaction to run yourself. Keep Streams credentials in backend environment variables; they never go into frontend code, and if you paste a real secret into the chat, rotate it.

Freshness has an order. The skill checks its own references first, then the named page in the official docs, and falls back to Context7 only when that page is empty or too thin. It fetches at most three pages per question. So an answer about a specific endpoint or SDK version comes from the docs rather than the model's memory.
