## What it does

This skill gives the agent an SEO playbook. It walks through tool selection, competitor alternative pages, programmatic page generation, and visibility in AI Overviews. At the start the agent asks about your CMS, analytics, DR/DA range, Google Search Console access, and DataForSEO or Semrush credentials — strategies that work at one authority level often fail at another.

The first section compares Surfer SEO, Frase AI, AirOps, SE Ranking, and DataForSEO by function, price, and AI Overviews support, then maps each to a need: optimizing existing pages, producing 50+ pages a month, or tracking AI search visibility. A separate block covers MCP servers — DataForSEO, Google Search Console, Semrush, FireSEO. DataForSEO comes with a ready command: `claude mcp add dataforseo --transport sse --header "Authorization: Basic <base64_credentials>" https://mcp.dataforseo.com/sse`. For GSC you clone `mcp-gsc` and start its server with Python.

The third section is about alternative pages: an H1, a comparison table, a list of reasons users leave a competitor, and an FAQ with schema markup. It also describes reacting to acquisitions in your category — draft the alternatives page within 48 hours, publish the full comparison and migration guide within two weeks.
