## What it does

This skill creates or refreshes catalyst calendars for public-equity work. Each event can carry an exact date or time range, source, confidence, status, thesis connection, model or KPI reference, preparation task, owner, and likely PM decision. Its scope covers single names, portfolios, sectors, earnings, regulatory and clinical events, technical factors, capital-markets activity, and special situations.

The workflow first sets the mode and time horizon, then ranks events by impact, confidence, urgency, actionability, and portfolio relevance. A refresh keeps earlier rows, adds supporting evidence, flags stale or superseded items, and records the changes. Larger requests can be split into date checks, source-freshness review, impact analysis, timing work, and follow-up monitoring.

Before gathering evidence, the skill loads `../public-equity-investing/SKILL.md`, the routing map, and `../../shared/plugin-routing-playbook.md`, then resolves only the source categories needed for the task. An event date cannot be treated as confirmed without reliable evidence; estimated timing should remain a window.
