## What it does

This skill handles the data layer of a Cargo workspace. The agent lists models and datasets, reads schemas, creates columns and relationships, bulk-loads records, and runs SQL against storage. All of it goes through CLI calls such as `cargo-ai storage model list`, `cargo-ai storage model get-ddl`, and `cargo-ai storage query execute`. The skill tells the agent to enumerate resources before it touches anything.

Bundled references cover response shapes, common errors, and worked examples for models, datasets, columns, queries, and webhook-fed models. An extractor config can be dry-run with `model preview` or `model preview-count` before a model is created. On credit-based connectors that preview bills for the short sample page, so check a priced extractor's playbook first.

You need the `@cargo-ai/cli` package from npm and a signed-in account: `cargo-ai login --email` for an emailed code, `--oauth`, or a token for CI. Run `cargo-ai whoami` to confirm which workspace is active; writes land in whatever it reports.

Run and batch telemetry is out of scope here and belongs to cargo-orchestration. Named filtered audiences are handled by cargo-segmentation.
