It starts by pinning down the goal, the constraints and which inputs it needs, then moves through the usual order: business objectives and success criteria, whether the data is good enough, the right method, the analysis itself, a chart or two, and finally recommendations with steps to implement them. The skill carries a broad reference set. Dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, Looker and Qlik Sense. Cloud warehouses: Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks. Queries in Python, R and SQL. KPI work covers North Star metrics, OKRs and balanced scorecards. Finance side has CLV, CAC, cohort and retention modelling, scenario planning. There is also customer and market analytics, statistics with A/B test design, data governance and quality, and industry-specific metrics. When you want worked examples, the skill points to `resources/implementation-playbook.md`. Nothing here computes numbers on its own.
