## What it does

Feed it a total budget, platforms and a campaign goal, and it returns an allocation table across influencer tiers, platforms and content types. Alongside that come reach, CPM and CPE projections, two or three budget scenarios, and one recommended split. For mid-campaign work it reads spend-to-date and per-influencer results.

It does not invent rates. Quotes, multipliers and forecasts need a source: a user-provided quote, dated market evidence, or your own campaign history. Give it only a budget, platforms and a goal, and you get an allocation skeleton plus the exact rate-card queries to run, with status `NEEDS_INPUT`. Every projection carries a formula and a label — measured, user-provided or estimated.

Scope matters here. The skill computes a reallocation plan and nothing else: it does not read live pacing or issue scale-up and scale-down moves, which belong to separate skills in the same family. It also does not build the full campaign plan — the author points to `campaign-planner` for that. And the call needs an argument: the hint reads `"<total budget> [platforms] [campaign goal]"`, so a bare invocation gets you nowhere.

## When to use it
- split a campaign budget across influencer tiers and platforms
- compare a conservative and an aggressive scenario on the same sum
- back a budget request with a table of reach and CPM projections
- move money between influencers mid-campaign
- work out how much to hold back for gifting, amplification and tools

## Example prompts
- Help me allocate a $30,000 budget for an influencer campaign on Instagram and TikTok
- Optimize my influencer budget across micro and macro influencers for a Gen Z product launch — compare a $50K and a $100K scenario
- Rework the allocation: part of the budget is already spent, here are the per-influencer results

```
Common scenario:
```
Optimize my influencer budget across micro and macro influencers for a Gen Z product launch — compare a $50K and a $100K scenario
```
