## What it does

The skill treats brand account operation as a system built on five pillars: content strategy, community management, brand voice, conversion optimisation and analytics. Inside is a step-by-step walkthrough from positioning to a posting calendar.

Step one is positioning: core values, mission, personality and voice. Then come account objectives across awareness, engagement, conversion and community, and the content splits into five pillars with shares: education, product information, social proof, brand values, entertainment. Each pillar gets a frequency and an expected engagement rate. The section closes with a weekly posting template and monthly themes.

The "When to Use" section says plainly when to skip it: no brand strategy yet, no resources for consistent posting, product not ready, or no clear brand identity. That is worth checking before you install, not after. Every example in the text is built around a fictional skincare brand, so the target numbers are placeholders you replace with your own.
