## What it does

The skill scaffolds complete web architectures with TypeScript and Docker Compose configuration. It relies on two Python scripts. The `project_scaffolder.py` script creates the boilerplate, while `code_quality_analyzer.py` audits repository health. The analyzer evaluates cyclomatic complexity alongside security checks, outputting prioritized P0, P1, and P2 recommendations.

Reference documents cover repository patterns, REST and GraphQL design, caching, and authentication workflows. The skill strictly targets web projects and requires a local Python runtime to execute its tools. It does not provision cloud infrastructure or profile live runtime performance.
