## What it does

The skill guides an agent through end-to-end data tasks. It starts by clarifying the core question, metrics, and table grain before writing queries. The instructions enforce SQL best practices: filtering early, organizing queries with CTEs, and inspecting query plans with `EXPLAIN ANALYZE`.

Data exploration comes before drawing any conclusions. The agent looks for duplicates, null values, and outliers. For statistical comparisons, the skill bundles Python functions using `scipy` and `numpy` to run independent t-tests and chi-square evaluations. If your environment lacks these packages, Python tests will fail.

Visualization choices follow concrete rules. Bar charts must start the Y-axis at zero, palettes cannot exceed seven colors, and pie charts with more than five slices are blocked. Findings are packaged into an actionable format covering what happened, why it matters, and next steps.
