## What it does

This module sits on top of BMAD Framework Core — the agents will not run without it. The structure has three tiers: the Max Growth orchestrator, five department leads for content, SEO, social, launch and analytics, and eight platform specialists covering Twitter/X, Reddit, LinkedIn, YouTube, Discord, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest. That makes 14 agents and 6 workflows: marketing strategy, content pipeline, social campaign, launch sequence, growth audit and SEO sprint.

Configuration lives in `_bmad/marketing-growth/config.yaml` — your name, communication language, company, primary channel and target audience. Two switches matter here: `auto_delegation` and `require_confirmation`. Turn the second one on if you would rather approve each handoff between agents yourself. Agent memory files are copied separately into `_bmad/_memory/`.

You drive it with slash commands such as `/max-growth`, `/milo-page` or `/quinn-crawler`. The orchestrator routes work on its own: content to Milo Page, SEO to Quinn Crawler, social distribution to Nova Reach, launch planning to Luna Blast. Need one channel only? Call that specialist directly and skip the orchestrator.
