## What it does

The skill covers a whole visual direction: background, framing, navigation, type, buttons, logo rows and motion. The sky runs as a gradient from rich blue at the top to a paler, mistier lower area, with soft cloud masses drifting across it. White type and translucent white details keep the composition luminous.

Structure stays minimal — a centered shell with a max width, thin vertical container lines, small corner markers. Dense dashboards and heavy card grids fight the airy tone, so they are out. Accent beyond white and blue is allowed but sparing: a dark neutral for a button, or a softened complementary color used rarely.

The background is meant to be rendered with canvas, WebGL, or a layered gradient plus drifting light masses. Motion stays quiet: masked word reveals, slow cloud drift, a slight scale on CTA hover. The skill also lists what to avoid — flat solid-blue pages, literal cloud illustrations, harsh gradients, noisy animation. Dropping it into a project that already has a dark theme is worth a check first, since half the screens may need recoloring.

### Claude Code (native platform)

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add MengTo/Skills --skill blue-cloudy-clean-modern -a claude-code
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `~/.claude/skills/blue-cloudy-clean-modern/SKILL.md` — Copy the whole skill folder; for one project use .claude/skills/blue-cloudy-clean-modern/

### Codex

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add MengTo/Skills --skill blue-cloudy-clean-modern -a codex
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.agents/skills/blue-cloudy-clean-modern/SKILL.md` — For all projects use ~/.agents/skills/

### Cursor

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add MengTo/Skills --skill blue-cloudy-clean-modern -a cursor
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.cursor/skills/blue-cloudy-clean-modern/SKILL.md` — Cursor also reads .agents/skills/ and .claude/skills/

### GitHub Copilot

1. **GitHub CLI**
```bash
gh skill install MengTo/Skills blue-cloudy-clean-modern
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.github/skills/blue-cloudy-clean-modern/SKILL.md`

### Gemini CLI

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add MengTo/Skills --skill blue-cloudy-clean-modern -a gemini-cli
```

2. **Platform CLI**
```bash
gemini skills install https://github.com/MengTo/Skills --path agent-skills/web-design/blue-cloudy-clean-modern
```

### Windsurf (Devin Desktop)

**Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.devin/skills/blue-cloudy-clean-modern/SKILL.md` — The legacy .windsurf/skills/ path still works

### OpenCode

## When to use it
- build a sky-blue background with drifting cloud light
- compose an airy hero with white typography
- keep buttons and pills consistent on translucent shells
- add quiet reveals for headlines and logo rows
- stop the layout from collapsing into a dense card grid

## Example prompts
- build a landing page in the blue-cloudy-clean-modern style: blue sky, cloud drift, white headlines
- redo the hero with the blue-cloudy-clean-modern skill, keep the thin container rails and corner markers
- bring the buttons and logo row in line with blue-cloudy-clean-modern

# Blue Cloudy Clean Modern Skill

## Use When
- Create a clean modern design system with a luminous blue sky atmosphere, soft drifting cloud light, minimal white framing, and serene premium typography.

## Workflow

## Scope
- Apply this as a full design-system direction across background, framing, navigation, typography, CTAs, logo rows, and supporting motion.
- Use it when the interface should feel modern, calm, aspirational, and airy, with a sky-blue atmospheric field rather than a flat solid background.
- This is not generic SaaS blue and not a cartoon cloud theme. It should feel premium, serene, and highly controlled.

## Visual target
- Build the page around a rich blue-to-pale-blue sky atmosphere with soft cloudy light drifting across the background.
- Use white typography and white or translucent white UI details so the composition feels clean and luminous against the blue field.
- Keep the structure minimal: thin container rails, subtle corner squares, restrained nav, and a few carefully framed pills or buttons.
- Let the mood feel weightless and modern, with soft gradients, open spacing, and elegant hero copy rather than dense dashboards or heavy card systems.
- If accent color is needed beyond white and blue, use a restrained darker neutral for buttons or a softened complementary accent very sparingly.

## Implementation guidance
- Prefer a full-viewport atmospheric background rendered with canvas, WebGL, or a smooth layered gradient plus drifting cloud-like light masses.
- Shape the background with vertical or radial gradient transitions so the top feels richly blue and the lower area becomes lighter, mistier, or more cloud-washed.
- Keep interface framing subtle: centered max-width shell, thin vertical container lines, tiny corner markers, and minimal chrome that supports the composition without boxing it in heavily.
- Typography should stay refined and modern: large clean sans-serif headlines, light body copy, and the occasional italic or editorial accent for one highlighted phrase.
- Buttons and pills should feel premium and buoyant, using translucent shells, soft gradient borders, or dark contrasting pills with strong shadow when a grounded CTA is needed.
