## What it does

This skill converts existing benchmark reports, pattern tables, comment analysis, and performance findings into usable campaign planning material. It pulls out recurring hook shapes, content lanes, formats, and audience wording, then connects each recommendation to a product problem and a test variable.

It can return a campaign brief, concept candidates, a hook library, lane priorities, or an A/B test matrix. A structured artifact uses `corePromise`, `hookOptions`, `workflow`, `sourceFacts`, and `sourceBasis`. The skill stops when validated evidence is missing, since guessing would change the recommendation.
