# bailian-managed-agent

This skill drives Anthropic Bailian agents, environments and deployments from agents.yaml. Useful when infrastructure changes should go through a plan, not by hand.

## What it does

The skill hands your agent the `bl managed-agent` command. Agents, Environments, Skills, Vaults, Deployments and Memory Stores live in `agents.yaml` as the single source of truth, and changes follow the IaC loop: init, validate, plan, apply, destroy. Validation runs offline, with no network calls.

A second set of commands talks to the API directly: list/get/search/versions/download per resource, plus Session, Event, File and Webhook handling, and Deployment run or pause. Webhooks are workspace-level resources and never land in `agents.yaml`. Local version work is covered too — `project init`, `build`, `publish`, `workbench`, `playground`, `version status`.

The catch is risk. `apply`, `destroy` and a single-resource `create --yes` mutate remote resources, so the skill insists on showing the plan first and waiting for confirmation. Adding `--yes` on your own is off the table. You need the `bl` binary installed, and the skill tells the agent to read the shared `bailian-protocol` file before running anything — if that file is missing, it stops and points you at `bl skill init`.

# Bailian managed agent IaC (`bl managed-agent`)

## Safety guardrail (the most important rule)
