## What it does

This skill analyzes follower growth and churn across your social accounts. Before running calculations, it checks `.agents/social-media-context-sms.md` for your niche and target milestones. When BlackTwist tools are active, it queries `get_follower_growth`, `get_metric_timeseries`, `list_posts`, `get_consistency`, and `get_daily_recap` to correlate audience shifts with published content.

Without BlackTwist, you must provide data manually through a dashboard screenshot or a markdown table. The skill demands weekly follower numbers for at least four weeks alongside your post history. If you give it fewer than two data points, it refuses to analyze anything. That makes gathering history your first priority.

The resulting breakdown separates audience engagement from actual follower acquisition. It highlights specific posts that caused growth spikes, diagnoses stalls caused by lower posting frequency, and calculates when you will hit your next milestone.

## When to Use

## Data Collection

### Path A — With BlackTwist

When BlackTwist tools are available, pull data in this order:

1. **`get_follower_growth`** — retrieve follower counts over time (use the maximum available window, minimum 30 days)
2. **`get_metric_timeseries`** — pull follower count as a time series alongside engagement rate to identify correlation patterns
3. **`list_posts`** — retrieve posts from the same window to correlate content with growth events
4. **`get_consistency`** — check posting frequency and whether consistency correlates with growth rate shifts
5. **`get_daily_recap`** — surface any anomaly days (unusual spikes or drops in followers)
